3-3-23 Silly Flordia Blogger Law Since the bill's definition of blog & blogger are circular, I must assume they're using the standard definition of blog: A weB LOG, or online journal; a website organized in reverse chronology. Easy work around: Organize your website alphabetically.

Also, if they're using the U.S. Copyright Office's defination of "Published," most independent websites might not be be covered.

I found this looking up Golden Book's old field guides; some of the sites' other catagories are a bit sleezy. (Actually, there's a specific catagory for sleeze.) Let's stay away from that... Old Sci-Fi sounds cool tho. Let's look at those. Oh, there are even sleezy sci-fi covers. Oh well...
